"Band of Brothers"

Relying on someone can be demanding, but once you believe in them and start working together, remarkable things can happen. During the homecoming game against Manti on September 27th, the Canyon View football players showed immense dedication on the field. Parker Cheney, the team's center, wisely stated, "There is always going to be adversity in sports, and I feel like that game will make us wake up and get serious. This year, we have had a motto of 'Band of Brothers.' If we want to make this a successful season, we need to come together as brothers and teammates." It's clear to see that they are committed to reaching this brotherhood. How close everyone on the team was and how much they all wanted each other to succeed. Even though they didn't win, their ability to maintain a sportsman like attitude was such a joyful sight to see.
