Prove 'em Wrong

If you haven’t heard the news Canyon View's volleyball team is killing it! Our girls have truly embodied the theme of "Prove 'em wrong" this season and are showing everyone what they're made of! Currently leading in 3A in the RPI, with a record of 15-2 overall and 4-0 in the region, they're proving that hard work and determination pay off. Their recent performance at the UVU invitational, where they played six intense games, is truly remarkable, especially considering they were the smallest school competing. A massive shoutout to our amazing team captains, Dalayni Brindley, Maylee Spencer, and Addy Williams, and, of course, our outstanding coaches for their guidance and support. Coach Lynette Whitaker's words capture the spirit of the team, saying, "It's been an incredible start to our season. I have watched these girls embrace our team culture and push themselves to get better individually and as a family. We are fierce on the court with a powerful offense and strong defense, and I love watching this team do things that haven't been done yet in the history of CV volleyball. My favorite thing about this season is watching the game click for them as they see the court. It's an honor to coach them, and I hope our awesome student body fills the gym because it's just going to get better!"
