The Senate

The Senate is up and running. The Senate had its first official meeting on August 29th, during flex; if you are confused about what the Senate is, let me tell you. The senate consists of students from each flex class who are usually students who aren’t afraid to share their opinions. The kids in the Senate are usually the representatives for your flex class. In the senate meetings, they usually talk about a topic or a new change in the school that affects the student body. Now it depends on the situation if students get the option to vote or not. If the students do get to vote then the senate represents the student body. The senate doesn’t have the final say but their opinion does get considered and matters a lot.
