"Ubuntu"

The Canyon View wrestling team's motto this year is "Ubuntu," an African philosophy that means "I am because we are." This past week, they beautifully embodied this spirit. The dedicated members of the CVHS wrestling team purchased a tent for extra sleeping space at Cedar City Care and Share. As the first storm approached, wrestlers came together to assemble the tent, showcasing their unity and commitment to supporting one another and the Cedar City community. They wanted to give back and they did just that.
