Falcons Round 1 Playoffs

Canyon View High School’s Super Smash Bros Ultimate Team took part in the first round of the playoffs. The varsity team consisting of four players were Joshua Phong, Jaxsen Rollins, Tony Felipe, and Luis Hernandez.

The tournament was online. The Falcons had a strong start with a 3-0 victory over Manti, but they lost the next two rounds against Bonneville and Davis with the same score of 2-1. After the tournament,

Coach Barton himself stated, “The team can claim top 12 in the entirety of the state with this result”.
