Girls Basketball

This Thursday, the Canyon View High School Girl's basketball team played against the Juab Wasps. It ended up with a score of 53-48, Canyon View winning with a close game. The first half was very back and forth, but they were able to break away in the second half for the win.

In an interview with Maya Nichols, she said that the team played well together that night, and the game had an overall fun atmosphere. "It was a really dominant win, and we have a positive feel about things going forward," said Nichols.

The highest scorer on the Canyon View team was Maya Nichols, who ended up making 19 of the teams 53 points. The team seems to be having a good season, so going forward we can assume that they'll continue to do well in their games.
