Hoopsters hit the Net

Canyon View Falcons boys team barely won their game on Wednesday, January 31st against the Juab Wasps with the score being 45-43, with an amazing comeback in the fourth quarter. The star players for the falcons were Carson Miles, who scored 15 points, and Jace farrow who scored 10 points. For the Wasps, Austin Park and Braxton Hooper were the star players, who scored 19 and 11 points respectively. 

The Falcons girls team won their game on Tuesday, January 30th with a score of 41-34 against the Juab Wasps. Maylee Spencer and Kamryn Brush both scored 9 points, while the Wasps players Addison Hyatt, and Lucy Richards scored 11 and 10 points respectively. The second game for the girls team on Thursday, February 1st did not go as well as the last, as they could not keep up with the Emery Spartans who scored 58 points while the Falcons scored 41 points. The Spartans players Kenadie Maughan and Aliya Lester scored 18 and 15 points respectively, and the Falcons players Brooklyn Davie, and Bethanee Vargas scored 13 and 11 points.
