Interacting with the Interact Club

This week the Interact Club made Oreo chocolate truffles for their annual fundraiser. They made over 400 truffles, put them in individual candy cups, and packaged them in gift boxes tied with red bows and a gift tag. The money generated funds all activities of the club throughout the year.

Tuesday, Interact Club members met during flex and started rolling cookie balls to let them freeze in the cooking lab. On Thursday, they again met during flex and the start of lunch to melt chocolate and cover the cookie truffles in them, setting them back in to freeze for next time.

On Friday, they met during lunch they ate pizza and assembled the boxes and packaged the truffles.
